Makes for a great gift for non gaming users

Regarding using a Google account for setup, this is due to a few factors, most notably to secure your Chromebook and help keep your saved data from being lost. This is due to the level of security provided by ChromeOS, powered by Google Chrome and Google Services, along with saving your device data so that if it is lost or needs to be reset, within just a few minutes your device is just like it was before. It’s kinda slow, but what do you expect at this price?

Wish they would have touch screens standard on these things. Used to be able to get cheap chrome books with touchscreens but now you have to pay more than I want for that feature.
