      Hey Michael,

      We're sorry to hear that you ran into this issue with your Chromebook. To try to resolve this, try doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components. If this doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to factory reset your Chromebook, which you can learn more about towards the bottom of the webpage tied to the previously embedded link.

After applying these updates, should your issue persist, we recommend trying to complete a powerwash or factory reset to see if this resolves the issue.     Returned it. Too large. Slow. And got tricked into thinking this model was touchscreen-it’s not.

    I got to say the computer was extremely slow and the screen was ancient and I couldn't get anything done on it.

    5 stars for being a great little machine for browsing the web, watching and streaming movies, and other lite activities. Ive purchased this, for hauling with me when I go out, streaming movies, to save my more important (and expensive MacBook Pro) so its basically my backup laptop for recreation use, to save the life of my work Mac. It runs the android os, so if you have an android phone, you'll already be able to use it, and its super easy to connect the phone to the laptop for file sharing, hotspot streaming, and whatever else. also ruins apps form the Android Play Store. , very nice, like I said, however, minus one star for not having a backlit keyboard, and the trackpad is a little stiff and hard to use. but for the value of this machine, its hardly worth complying about.
