    I made the 2 separate online purchases and arranged for a family member to pick them up. The orders were correct and ready for pick up as scheduled. That is what one expects and I was pleased all went smoothly as these were last minute Christmas gifts. The items are all of the quality expected.

    Overall its a great laptop for my kids. I do not like the trackpad, quite often it doesn't recognize the clicks well. Suggest using a mouse. It fits our needs, but I might go with a different brand next time.
