    Just what we needed! My son needed a Chromebook to knock his classes out for graduation and this is doing just what we need. Great Chromebook for the price, not to big and not to small. Processing speed is pretty quick. I would definitely buy it again if I need to do so. This is a must buy.

      To start, please ensure that your Chromebook is up to date, as outdated, buggy software can affect system performance and overall stability. To check for updates, please open the Settings app, then select the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings, then Check for Updates. If after updates the issues persists, we the recommend doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components, in an attempt to resolve the performance issue.

      Please update us when you can regarding this and reach out to us again should you have any questions or need further assistance, as your satisfaction is important to us.
