To check for updates, please open the Settings app, then select the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings, then Check for Updates. If after updates the issues persists, we the recommend doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components, in an attempt to resolve the performance issue.

    Just what we needed! My son needed a Chromebook to knock his classes out for graduation and this is doing just what we need. Great Chromebook for the price, not to big and not to small. Processing speed is pretty quick. I would definitely buy it again if I need to do so. This is a must buy.
