Zero absolutely no instructions. Would not hook to my canon printer (who doesnt hook to a Canon?) Dim keyboard letters in lower case, flat keyboard keys dont like. Quickly returned for refund.

Posted .Hey, Liny. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Chromebook. To try to resolve this, here's a method that can work on devices that won't turn. (You may need a 3rd hand for help) First, connect the charger to your Chromebook. Then, hold the power button + refresh key and remove the power adaptor as you continue to hold down those buttons. Wait for 1 minute, then press the power button to test the device (note: the power LED should not blink, and the device should not turn on). Connect the power adaptor and monitor the LED color. The device should try to turn on and the LED should blink or have a solid color. If your Chromebook still won't boot, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 800-426-7378, to work with a representative to discover a solution.

To try to resolve this, try doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components. If this doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to factory reset your Chromebook, which you can learn more about towards the bottom of the webpage tied to the previously embedded link.

Great recreational and easy to use

Ive purchased this, for hauling with me when I go out, streaming movies, to save my more important (and expensive MacBook Pro) so its basically my backup laptop for recreation use, to save the life of my work Mac. It runs the android os, so if you have an android phone, you'll already be able to use it, and its super easy to connect the phone to the laptop for file sharing, hotspot streaming, and whatever else. also ruins apps form the Android Play Store. , very nice, like I said, however, minus one star for not having a backlit keyboard, and the trackpad is a little stiff and hard to use. but for the value of this machine, its hardly worth complying about.
