Found the Lenovo Chromebook I wanted for My Mom... It was an Open Box in Excellent Condition at the Best Buy in Clarksville TN about 60 miles away. I was driving that way so I was going to pick it up. Picking up meant I would need to ship and pay for it. I got on chat with a live agent Austin Paul to double check options. Austin Paul was GREAT throughout the chat He let me know that there was an Open Box at another store again in excellent condition that could be shipped overnight to My Mom in the NorthEast at no cost. I ask him if there any issues with the computer besides it being an open box he said no so I took him up on his option. It turns out that the computer that I bought had less tax on it because of the state it was bought and shipped out of. The outer package arrived fully inspected tape on the outside and intact. The computer box was inside the shipping box. The family did not open the box and just wrapped it for Christmas morning. When it was opened there was a sticker on the computer box that said missing charger. Nowhere in any conversation or on a receipt or anywhere was that stated. If it had been I would not have accepted it because what good is a computer without a charger. I called in the customer service and I was told the only option I had was to find another open box in identical condition to make the swap. That it was not returnable and that Best Buy could not and would not find or replace the charger. I called the second Best Buy agent just to confirm and this one said I should take the receipt up to the local store and they might be able to find a charger for Lenovo Chromebook. Could not be more disappointed in Best Buy. I think Austin Paul based on how candid he was in our conversation, was not informed that there was a charger missing. So now my brother-in-law will be going up to the local Best Buy to see what options there are. I expect more from a company size and reputation of a Best Buy that to not make something right when they were less than candid in the transaction. Seems like they were trying to dump a computer that they couldn't otherwise sell in the store because it had a missing charger. Best Buy Buyers ..Lesson of the story...ask more questions

Should have purchased a PC, like my other Lenovo laptop. I purchased a crucial x6 1tb drive for cheap from Best buy to make up for the small hard drive on this laptop

Absolutely love it super fast chrome book, display is clear easy to use.With a wide enough screen and the best thing it even comes with a hd.M I port which most chromebooks don't, so if you like, you can always connect an extra monitor but very quick and easy to set up . webroot antivirus works real good.

I bought this laptop for my mother who has trouble seeing up close. She absolutely loves the size of the screen and the ease of use. Her prior laptop was old and slow and would not connect to her printer. Not only does this laptop run faster, easily connects to Bluetooth devices, but she was able to set it all up on her own; if you knew my mother you would understand how big a win this was!

Very happy with my purchase of the Lenovo - IdeaPad 3i Chromebook Laptop. The screen is the perfect size and the laptop is lightweight. I ordered online for in store pick up at the Fairlawn Ohio store. My order was processed quickly and ready for pickup. I was greeted at the door and instructed on where to go. The associate handling my transaction was did so quickly and was very nice. I was in and out of the store within minutes!! Great product and great customer service!

Super pleased. Being a chromebook/ it was setup in a matter of minutes/ boots up and shuts down pretty much instantly. The 15.6in screen is plenty big and clear and bright. The keyboard is high quality/ plus i like the numeric keypad. The 8gb ram makes it fast and furious with multiple apps running (hubspot/ ms outlook/ zoho books). Also light enough to hold with one hand. Plenty of ports for charging/ wireless mouse/ and data transfer to my cell phone. And was able to purchase for under $300 after taxes. Super pleased.
