    May be good just not good for us

    This was purchased for my grandson to use at school. It wouldn’t connect to the university’s WiFi. When I called customer service to explain I would need to return it to exchange for another the woman said it had to be returned that day. My grandson doesn’t attend school locally and that was impossible. She said that the store’s policy was 30-days and that day was the final day. I hung up with her and decided to check online. I had until that weekend to return the item because it was an online purchase and I didn’t receive the day I ordered it. She had that information. More training is needed for customer service representatives so that they are giving more accurate information to customers.

    I had to return the laptop because it was just not what I expected. I ended up getting another laptop with more bells and whistles and I couldn't be more pleased. Return was easy.

    Getting to dislike Google more but hard to leave a

    I bought this because I was moving and did not know when my PC would be up and running. I thought it would be faster than my PC on the internet since that is about all it can do, I was wrong, slower. A lot of double clicking. I was hoping it would less intrusive because I could tell where all the switching of preferences, downloading addresses from my phone ect, came from. After I get my PC running well, I might see if I can take this back, I doubt it.

    You get no stars you sent me a refurbished used and I wanted new and the thing was broken and the best buy said not responsible for 3hird party purchases and my nephew was so disappointed on Christmas day

    Laptop is good, minor scratches the delivery and dealing with customer service was a DISASTER. I got none of the things they claimed. Will NEVER purchase another big purchase with Bestbuy

    Piece of junk. It kept crashing brand new right out of the box. Totally died on day 16. Best Buy wouldn't let me return it. I had to go through the manufacturer. They found a list of things wrong with it and supposedly fixed it. I received it back, opened the box, and the track pad didnt work. ( That wasnt even the issue when sent it in). I have contacted the manufacturer several times in the last week, and haven't received a response. Next, I will contact my credit card company. I haven't been able to use a brand new device.

    This is an entry level Chromebook and definitely not for business use. It was very slow and I had to return it. It would be good for someone that just needs to check email or do some schoolwork.

    Issues with touchscreen and performance issues.

    I was excited to buy a no-nonsense kind of Chromebook and was confident I would stick with it, so I bought a brand-new one. However, I was disappointed because of the low responsiveness of the touchscreen and the inability to increase it. Sometimes, it would take a few taps to get a response from the screen. This happened as I was trying to edit this review, too. I do not have thick fingers, but I now understand what it is like for older adults to experience a bad response to their touch. Also, the computer was underperforming on day one, even though I intentionally install very few apps and extensions. I do not think this processor should be in a device with this price tag.

    It's okay if you don't need to do much but browse websites. It struggles to run zoom in a browser even while it's the only thing open.

    Good for a child’s first computer

    Not a Chromebook fan. I had a Lenovo yoga model that crashed on me the day of finals so this was a quick buy. Ended up returning it and swapping it for another yoga while my old laptop was being repaired.

    Wifi stopped after 4 months; hardware issue

    Purchased this back at end of December, wifi stopped working yesterday. power wash still did not fix issue, thankful it was still under warranty. now it has to be sent off and I will be with out for who knows how long. I've always purchased HP's in the past for laptops/Chromebooks never had any problems, will never buy another Lenovo,

    Terrible buy

    Chrome books suppose to be simple and easy to work. This one was not, apps kept shutting down. Google would open to mail and not google tried to reset not simple. Not a user friend computer
