Overall a great computer would be really great for home computer use, or a student that does small project and writes papers, but not for what I needed it for. I recently learned that Chromebooks are not compatible with Microsoft 365 application use only web supported, so for a side business and use of Outlook, Microsoft Word Template (Contract) creation, and Power Points using web supported only is not sustainable. I could obviously use a separate hard drive and not use my memory but just the hassle of it all was too much navigating especially for email traffic. Have to unfortunately return and start over. BUT TO BEST BUY'S CREDIT - The Geek Squad helped me figure this issue out and advised on the best laptop that I will need for this business, specifically what will be best for use in the dashboard creation and Claude AI use to expedite the analytics and processing time. So thank you so much to your team!

My second Chromebook - so easy to work with, loads fast and the apps make it easy to navigate. Lenovo makes quality laptops.

Very happy with my purchase of the Lenovo - IdeaPad 3i Chromebook Laptop. The screen is the perfect size and the laptop is lightweight. I ordered online for in store pick up at the Fairlawn Ohio store. My order was processed quickly and ready for pickup. I was greeted at the door and instructed on where to go. The associate handling my transaction was did so quickly and was very nice. I was in and out of the store within minutes!! Great product and great customer service!

My Chromebook is great. I love how light it is first of all. Then, the ability to pick and chose what apps you want is wonderful. I really like having the chance to add what I’d like rather than have to search through google for everything. I highly recommend a Chromebook. I was always a laptop lady, but since my son had me convert…I’m thrilled!

Super pleased. Being a chromebook/ it was setup in a matter of minutes/ boots up and shuts down pretty much instantly. The 15.6in screen is plenty big and clear and bright. The keyboard is high quality/ plus i like the numeric keypad. The 8gb ram makes it fast and furious with multiple apps running (hubspot/ ms outlook/ zoho books). Also light enough to hold with one hand. Plenty of ports for charging/ wireless mouse/ and data transfer to my cell phone. And was able to purchase for under $300 after taxes. Super pleased.

Great and inexpensive notebook I bought for a 2 months trip through Europe I just wanted a bigger screen that I don’t have to depend on my I phone Perfect for surfing the internet ,reading your E-mails or watching you tube Clear picture and fast enough

This laptop is the best I use it for all to pay my bills and all the stuff is quick. It’s not slow. I really do recommend it. It’s big it has a big screen and it’s not that heavy.

This is a really good budget laptop for basic things. I bought this for my husband since he has college courses. He’s not really tech savvy and this laptop is very simple to use. Good laptop for the price you pay if you’re only using it for college and overall is decent.

So far so good. Love that it has the touch screen option although i do wish there was a capslock button instead of having to hit shift. Otherwise, all good and decent price.

Screen is big, so easy to read. Fast operation. Made sure the op system would be serviced until 2030, now I can access my financial accts again. Looking forward to casting movies when I travel.

I’ve had this chromebook for a little over a year and it has been great. I am a college student and it does everything i need for my classes. It is a little bigger than my last laptop, but it fits perfectly fine in my backpack.

Just purchased my first Chromebook. Easy to use, lightweight, size is perfect for my needs. Did buy a mouse separately which comes with a dongle. This made it easy to connect my printer and wireless mouse. Got it during a flash sale. Price was great.
