It is a nice lap top but could use some more speed

I recently purchased this to replace an older Toshiba satellite. For the price this decent notebook keeps my daughter up to speed in school and allows for some gaming without breaking the bank.

Though my purchase was an open box, it looks and performs as new. A big upgrade from my old dual core. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Would not buy open box again because in less than a month it was in the geeksquad getting fixed at my expense. guarantee Should be longer for the price we pay for electronics, especially when the break down in less than 30 days

Notebook had the specs that I needed and in the price range I was looking for. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the quality of the video on the notebook screen. However it is very good when I project it with the projector

My daughter loves her new computer. It's slim and lightweight so she can carry it around with her. She loves every aspect of the computer. No problems so far!

it would be better if it had windows xp, I like that version better than the windows that it has. Also it would be better if it came with full Microsoft office even if it was just the basic version of it.

Overall the laptop works well, but the connection online is slow and the pages glitch. It's hard to tell sometimes if it's just thinking or if it's stuck, but my work laptop works fine so it's not our wi-fi.

I was not planning to make a purchase that day, but my old hp gave out and the lenovo was recommended by a family member. very happy with it so far.

This is a great computer. The sales girl at Best Buy was so knowledgeable about all of the selections. It is fast and has extreme clarity on the screen. Going to purchase another for my daughter.

Needed a new laptop because my old 1 died. I was hesitant on the Lenovo. Now I wonder how I survived without it! Definitely worth the purchase!

i bouht a Lenova and have bought them in the past and never an issue. However, with this laptop there was an issue on the 16th day and your customer service dept in the mddletown store is not so good.

Needed a laptop for some business use. Easy to set up. I am impressed with the speed of the AMD processor. So far it is working as expected.

There are lots of features on this laptop for the price, but the screen was not sharp, no matter what angle it was placed at, so I returned it to Bestbuy

This is the worst laptop I've ever owned. The best way to use this would be as a desktop with an external keyboard and mouse. The onboard keyboard and mouse does all sorts of weird stuff. Screen size grows bigger and smaller for no apparent reason. Sometimes the machine just shuts down for no reason. The keyboard has a strange squishiness to it. I would not buy this brand again. Yes, it's a chap/low cost model, but now I wish I had paid for a better quality model.

This computer met all my needs and my expectations. I was able to do everything I needed without a slow down or difficulty. Lightweight makes it easy to carry anywhere
