I must have gotten a lemon

The 8GB of memory and the full HD sounded great for the price. Unfortunately, I must have gotten a lemon. Within hours of firing it up it started having issues. Initially, it restarted MS Edge several times. Then it froze altogether. I tried again the next day with similar results. I had to take it back and get something different. Fortunately, Best Buy has the full refund policy, especially since I only had it for 1 day!

Worst buy I've ever made

I trusted the employee as he was knowledgeable but he seemed a little rushed. Windows 10 is the worst operating system. Not user friendly and quite confusing!

Keyboard seems a little cheap but I use my mouse more. I like the fact that it has Bluetooth. I can play my music wirelessly! Overall good product.

Poor battery charge

Like the whole world should be on broadband. After several calls , disconnects and minutes waiting that fact was confirmed by geek squad headquarters. So i inconveniently had to return the item. Poor customer service to begin with left me feeling not so good about my buying experience. But I'll try again. Cause I really need a new computer.
