Waste laptop. Very poor battery life. Goes from full charge to no charge in 1 hour if you are watching videos. I am planning to get rid of the laptop

I still have a lot to learn about the computer, but so far I haven't been unhappy with it. Most of the issues I have had have been user related. It seems to do what I want to do for home use.

Needing to upgrade computer at the office. Wanted to have something mobile and fast. Read several reviews and came to like this one.

My youngest uses this. His 7 and has been using it for a year. It's easy for him to use, and a decent computer and a great price.

This computer is slow and the battery has a very short life. Worst computer I've ever owned.

I purchased this laptop for work and it does exactly what is says. Only issue is Battery life but I can live with that.

Bought for my 13 year olds birthday. She's happy with it. The battery doesn't have the longest life.

Got the laptop for Christmas, now a month later, it is totally dead. Wont turn on, wont charge, nothing. Took it back to Best Buy with the original receipt only to be told that since I didn't pay extra for the Geek Squad coverage, I have to work through the manufacturer to get it fixed.

She wanted a laptop. It could be faster, I may still upgrade to an SSD for that. But for a budget laptop, can't argue.

This has been a great computer, I haven't had any issues.

I don't do gaming or graphic heavy programs, but simple things like word processing, email, etc. This is a great computer for everything I need. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, quality, basic computer at a low cost.

A week after the Geek Squad agent set up the system the cursor would be taken over by the system. The only way to correct the problem is to power down and start over. After three attempts by the Geek Squad and two attempts by Lenovo technical support the problem continues. Very disappointing..

I bought this laptop 5 years ago and it's still works.

Been using this a lot, liking it! Nice size for me, a little heavy but that works for me.

Very basic laptop. Was very pleased when I bought it. Quite fast and okay graphics. But as I was using it more and more, it was going slower. I am a heavy laptop user, and I multitask every time. I was also using it for my photo editing and it cannot compensate with the processes i'm doing. I had to return it because of that.

The machine works wonderfully. I will definitely recommend to a friend.

This laptop is lighter weight and thinner than the HP I had before, but with more RAM and a bigger hard disk. Like others I have found the keyboard to be somewhat flexible, which is more of an annoyance than a fault. The screen is bright and the colors seem to be accurate for what my needs are. The DVD drive was a must-have for me. I find it interesting that some consumers out there buy about the cheapest, most basic laptop they can, then gripe about not being able to do heavy-duty gaming on it, and base their rating on that. Guys (and gals), spend more bucks and get something that can handle the tasks you will impose on it. One thing I was able to do with the HP that I can't with this Lenovo is I could remove the battery from the HP and run it strictly on the power cable. The battery is not easily removed on the Lenovo, but I didn't mark it down for that. Overall, I'm happy with the performance and screen size of this, and would recommend it to someone looking for a non-gaming laptop.
