Item was not even wiped off slightly. Regarding functional state, system froze and shut down when first attempted to operate, but after restarting it operated fine. In the last few months it has shown a couple of glitches on tablet mode, but very sporadic and I couldn't tell if glitches were due to the device or the OS after an update. The device sound is very weak, but I knew that before purchase. Overall, I find Chrome OS quite efficient and only wish Google would improve its services by avoiding any political postures.

It’s small enough to carry anywhere and the screen looks better that most tablets and laptops.

I only needed it for light computing and travel convenience. I mainly surf the web, check emails and the use of a couple of my favorite Apps and the photos downloading from my phone! I love the size, the touch pad and an actual keyboard. It is just what I was looking for and not what the Best Buy Guy tried to sell me which would have been more than I needed.

But since going to high school they require chrome books. This product is very similar to the way her ipad functions and with the stylus makes it even easier to use.

Solid Chromebook/tablet

It has adequate RAM and data storage. It is an excellent size for use as a tablet and with the keyboard as a substitute laptop. The "cover" serves as protection similar to a case and it serves as a stand. The touchscreen works well and with a stylus functions even better. For the price it is an excellent choice.
