I was a little disappointed that it didnt come with a box or instruction manual . BUT that what happens when you dont read the fine print. My daughter loves it which is really what matters

The newest version had a problem within 2 months of purchase and they had to replace the motherboard. Within 2 weeks, same issues started again so this time they replaced the entire tablet. On the positive side, I like the size, resolution of screen and the keyboard. But it does seem that the 'detached' key board tends to be problematic. I would prefer that they include a non-detachable key board in the Duet model.

The touch screen is frequently unrespsonsive. I knew that this wasn't a performance machine with flagship specs but this table came in well below my expectations. The battery life is good, probably because I never use it.
