Having issues logging in at times. I wish there were instructions with the Chromebook on how to use it and move around it.

does everything I want it to do, I would have gave it 5 stars if it had a way to add more memory to it, had a way to plug in a head set and had an HDMI port.

The tablet is fine. Bought it so we can stream shows & movies. Volume is low so have to connect speaker. It arrived 12/2/22, we've probably used a handful of times but a week ago we noticed the battery was dying fast. Now it wont charge or turn on at all (end of January was when we noticed so not even 2 mos). Im just hoping theres a warranty because we're just passed the return deadline & right now its just a $200 paperweight.

Hello, JustJo, we are sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with your Duet 3 Chromebook. Regarding the volume, this Duet has volume controls on the tablet and on the top row of keys on the keyboard that can be utilized when attached. As far as your other issues, try to complete a powerwash or factory reset to see if this resolves the issue. To complete a reset, here is a link to a Google Support page that details how to reset a Chromebook: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en. If you issue persists after following these troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you reach out to Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 800-426-7378. Lenovo

You need the case to stand it up, so you cant do work in bed or anything. It also lags and glitches a lot when I go on the tablet. Sometimes it freezes and wont turn off.

Severely underpowered, but I knew it would be when I purchased it. After about 6 months it stopped turning on and stopped charging. Best Buy "fixed" it. Maybe 2 months later it stopped turning on and stopped charging again. Again Best Buy "fixed" it. About 7 months later the same problems for the 3rd time, but now it's out of warranty and so if I can get it fixed I have to go thru Lenova even though clearly Best Buy only got it going long enough to get out of the warranty period. Definitely wouldn't recomend, neither the product or Best Buys service department.

Bestbuy lost this item when it was sent to me. I did purchase it elsewhere after the fact so I can review it. Not a bad tablet but for some reason every once and a while the touchscreen has a mind of its own and does whatever it wants. If it wasn't for this it would probably be a great product but this flaw makes it so hard to use.

I am extremely disappointed in this tablet. Reviews seemed by and large positive but after owning it for only 1.5 years it's barely usable. The touch screen is constantly glitching, it's extremely slow and needs to be restarted often.

Bought this for my 11 year old and have had nothing but disappointment. It ghost taps all the time and is extremely slow, even after restarting and even factory resetting the device multiple times. Just logging in sometimes takes upwards of 2+ minutes

    Lesson learned

I purchased an "open box" chromebook: it was rated "excellent" and arrived fast. It works fine after an easy set-up. My low rating has to do with a missing charger. I had to borrow a friend's or I would not have been able to use it. I called Best Buy and asked for them to send a charger or give me a credit. NO: I would have to return it and re-order the item. I asked twice to speak to a supervisor and was told they were unavailable because of high volume and were very sorry. I'll get my own charger because returning it is a hassle since I need it and who knows the condition of the next one. Very frustrating for a simple request. Lesson learned: ship to store and open it there.
