Battery dies quickly , display will randomly shut u out of what youre doing

I bought this open box a year ago and it is my absolute favorite device that I own. I use it for everything and I travel with it. Most of the time I use it as a touch screen tablet but many times I can put the keyboard on and use it for work reasons as well. I use it for Microsoft teams and Zoom meetings also and it has a 15 hour battery life which is outrageously good!! Beautiful colors and good sound. It is Snappy and fast and fantastic. If this had an apple emblem on it it would be $1,500. This in my opinion is the best Chromebook ever made to date. The value for your money is beyond anything you'll find out there.

I wouldn't buy if you want to use it for gaming. It glitches and won't load most of the games my 16 year old likes to play.

Broke before I even got to use it. Wasn't very happy when I opened the box and found the device already broken.

If looking for a value tablet with a keyboard, this is a great option. Battery life is excellent, nice compact size, lightweight and easy to use. Main critiques are (1) as other users have stated, the keyboard can be a little awkward and comes detached a little too easily; (2) there is no native USB port or headphone jack. However, the cons are minor, very happy with this purchase.

Disappointed that Best Buy will not honor price matching even for its own store prices.

When my regular PC Laptop got damaged, I decided to get a Chromebook and try it out. This mighty mite boots immediately and features a very sharp display. The keyboard is crisp and business-like, with a joyful "click". Most laptops have a flimsy spacebar; not so this Chromebook. It's as professional as all the other keys. I am not finicky about the last iota of performance; so for Internet access and email communication, it is more-than-adequate. I am taking a plane trip soon, and intend to bring a movie on a flash drive and test out how it does for that purpose. Completely satisfied and highly recommend to you!

just what my 76 yr old wife needs. Easy to use, clear readable screen, all around pleased.

Needed to replace my Chromebook and decided on the Lenovo based on a neighbor-friend's recommendation. Travels well and I appreciate the touch screen, as well as the ability to type accented characters simply by holding the key down for a few seconds. Was very helpful during my trip to Guatemala. I initially purchased through the Lenovo site but after waiting 5 days with no shipment, I discovered Best Buy had the same deal and same-day pickup. It was a 'no brainer.'

Probably a good bet if you want a mini-laptop - look at all the 5-star reviews. Physically it's great. I bought one thinking it would work as an Android tablet with some rad extra features (like the Debian Linux environment!). Many Android apps don't work right - the chromebook interface lacks, for instance, the "back" button that is vital for Android. Switching between apps is inconvenient and SLOW. Slower than my outdated Huawei tablet. There are weird idiosyncracies too. The only way to access the Google Clock is to open Google Play, search for Clock, click the app, see that it's installed, and click G. Play's "open" button, EVERY TIME. Then there's the minor but annoying fact that, if you protect it with a PIN, when you wake the machine, you have to dismiss the onscreen keyboard before you can tap the PIN keypad. The longer I used it the more I hated it. Returned.

Love this great upgrade to the version 1 10 screen. Can't wait for the 8gbs of RAM model hopefully

The chromebook was very good generally but sime Apps were not fully functional like does not download images fully

It's a Chromebook and tablet in one. Works fast, boots fast and super clear screen. Would recommend this for any one looking for a tablet + in this size.

Exactly what I needed. Works perfectly! I would definitely recommend the Lenovo-IdeaPad Duet 3 Chromebook!
