    I assume all these reviews are fairly soon after purchase. For the first month, this thing is great. After that... Pure garbage. After 6 months, half the apps won't load, the keyboard quits working, and the lag is so bad the whole thing is unusable... You can't use the YouTube app... You gotta use a browser. I contacted Lenovo, their customer service and warranty period are worthless. Eventually they'll tell you you're SOL and ask if there's anything else they can help you with... A total waste of time. Read the forums. My experience isn't isolated, it's common. I will NEVER buy a Lenovo product again.

    Excellent product. I bought the Open Box option, which was in awesome condition. I just needed something simple for travel purposes. The Chromebook was perfect for me.

    I have the 8gb version, It would be a great device but no updates. Do not waste your time or money on a device they say they support till 2031, when in reality updates stopped on September 2023.
