    Great laptop, horrible company

Honestly, for the price this device has been very enjoyable and amazing. My daughter is enjoying playing Roblox on it. It has good graphics and it’s compact but not tiny. The issue I’m having however is that Best Buy doesn’t seem to have a email to speak to customer service about their failures, and I am forced to leave it on this review which I apologize to all of you who are just looking to know more about the tablet. Do not trust this company to have an order ready for you. I was assured that my cart would be reserved for me for the next 10 minutes and I received a confirmation that my order was received, and would be ready in an hour, but that turned out to be false and, no one at this company gives the slightest care about the massive massive inconvenience this has spawned (Aside from a floor salesman, Frankie, who helped me buy my new device when the other one was available shout out to Frankie !) I bought this one actually rather than the one that I had ordered and I only did that because I looked at my bank account and saw that the money was there because they hadn’t charged me for the tablet that I was supposed to getting. There was a my message that my order was canceled so I had no reason to be too upset about the cancellation or worried about the purchase. However, that was yesterday. I checked my banking account this morning and there was still no charges pthen at 5 o’clock this evening over 24 hours later I was charged for the canceled computer and it wiped out the funds that I needed to pay for my daughters gymnastics, every single person I have talked to there does not seem to give the smallest little inkling of care about how this is affecting me or my family. All they had to do was charge me the first time properly and hopefully fulfill their order but if not, I know how refunds work and that they take a while , this is ridiculous. It’s bad business and the fact that they don’t even have an email for complaints kind of says it all so I just wanted to make sure anyone who is placing a pick up order right now does not feel secure that when they get to the store, they will be getting their item , and if your item isn’t there do not feel secure if your account has not been charged because they might charge you over 24 hours later for it and then put a hold on it for 10 days for the refund and screw up your finances. All I have to say is for me it wasn’t worth it.

This is my first ever Chromebook and I love it. Got it on sale for $270. I've had it for 8 months and use it every day. It works great. It's the perfect size - not too big and not too small. It has a very nice keyboard. I love the misty blue color of the case. I rarely use it as a tablet but it's very easy to disconnect & reconnect to the keyboard.

This Lenovo - IdealPad Duet 3 is my second Chromebook because I'm addicted to Chromebook qualities, battery life is one. It fits well into my habit of having it on and off many times in a day. Even with a limited number of Extensions, I still am able to manage my work on other Apps. With more money, IdealPad Duet 5 is more preferable with more features.

Good tablet for work purposes. It can be a little glitchy occasionally, but overall it does what I need and is pretty efficient. Its also the perfect size to carry around at work.

A really great buy. I purchase this tablet for school and I truly enjoy it. Other than I wish it came w/a pen since it is touch screen. I know other tablets don’t, so I was expecting that. Plus I’m not sure if the pen was released/out when I brought my tablet. It did come w/the keyboard and stand. It’s really convenient, not too big at all and reliable!

For being so compact, the ability to type is easy. I use this for work and the back and forth for the touch screen, to the pad it awesome. I also got myself an adaptable mouse to travel with and a pen that can be used as a laser pointer with it. Its versatility is nice.

I would absolutely give this 5 stars except for the 4GB RAM. Overall, the Duet 3 performs well and is very capable, but its limited RAM severely impacts performance when you install more than a handful of applications. Multitasking is fine as long as you keep it to just a couple apps. I recommend the Duet 3, but I highly recommend purchasing the 8GB model instead.

Great little device, less unwieldy than the duet 5. Even though the screen is not oled, it is good enough and does the tasks of web browsing and light gaming very well. The keyboard is pretty good and not being Bluetooth cuts down on the lag. This is a great option for someone who does not want a 13-in screen and a fast-enough Chromebook that can also run android apps.

Great for when I need a laptop or a tablet, and fits perfectly when I keep it hidden in the backseat of my car. Holds a pretty good battery life and the keyboard is a lot nicer than most of the separate add on keyboards for other tablets

I am a broke college student looking for something to take notes on and listen to lectures on. For starters, I am not a massive fan of the speakers. If you want to hear a YouTube video, you have to turn your speakers up to its' max setting literally. Also, if you leave the tablet unattended for just 2 minutes, it will not enter sleep mode, but instead, it will completely shut off and restart itself. I have had this happen many times in class where I will be right in the middle of taking notes, leave the tablet unattended for 2 minutes, and all my notes will be gone entirely when I come back, asking me to enter my pin into the tablet all over again. If your professor posts lectures with Microsoft PowerPoint, get ready because it will absolutely be buggy. My professor will sometimes post lectures with audio that you have to click on in order to listen. On here it is a nightmare getting the audio to play. No matter how much you click the little speaker icon to hear the audio, it will not work. I had to use an actual computer instead. Lastly, if you are using this tablet for school, it is almost impossible to use it without a pen. You cannot write eligible notes without the pen, and you might have a hard time scrolling through things with just your finger. Overall though this is a very nice tablet, but it could use a lot of work.

Five stars as this an incredible Chromebook for the money and a worthy upgrade to the original Duet that I owned and used daily for two years. Keyboard and size is a really big improvement over the original. Love the screen. I don't know of another portable CB this good. While I have a Pixelbook at my desk, I carry this to work with me everyday. J

When I first bought it and was looking at it.I figured it was a very fragile , little laptop , but i'm going to be quite honest , it is not. It is a rough and tough little laptop. One of my cats knocked it off my desk onto the hardwood floor and it still kept on kicking. No issues with the screen wasn't even a crack or a scratch. And it beat all of my expectations on a lot of things.I figured it was gonna be the slow little Chromebook. Now it's pretty fast.I could play a lot of Different little games on it.I can look up things I need.I've done a lot shopping on it and I've done a lot of work for my job on.when I have forgotten my work computer at work

Big fan of this 2-1. Easy startup each time, the USB - C (?) connectors are great for my phone and it has a pretty impressive battery life. My one worry was the size of the keyboard, but that turned out to be only a little smaller than my MacBook. Overall a light and portable tablet with a great keyboard attachment.
