My first Chromebook and I love it. So easy to use. The screen is very clear.

Upon first unboxing the item I found it to be a great size and I loved the included kickstand and the keyboard, even though it’s plasticy and cheap, seemed nice to be included. I’ve had many Chromebook so I’m very familiar with how to set them up and did nothing different with this particular device but every time I left it and it went into sleep mode, and I returned expecting to find the instant wake up that we love and expect from Chromebooks…it gave me a error message that stated it was “updating the touchscreen firmware” and not to touch it, once…ok, but it contiued to hapoen. Then it would require me to sign in to my Google account again (no explanation why?), and then I was taken to the home screen with multiple apps now missing and having to be reinstalled. Should have methoned this is also after I found it completely unresponsive with a fully charged battery and in “on” state, and it only came to life after I force reset by holding the power button and finally after rebooting again apps were deleted and I had to sign in fresh. I use tbis for work and I definitely don’t feel like I can rely on this Chromebook and it will be going back which is a shame because I have another Lenovo Chromebook i3 that is not a convertible, but I do REALLY enjoy. I also had horrible LCD shadows around all of the edges and coincidentally non-coincidental, I had display issues with the Duet 5 also and that also was not kept…I know that faulty units can happen but it is disappointing and I would like to share my experience in case it helps anybody else but I will not be choosing Lenovo for a convertible type device ever again that’s for sure. I would have rather had them not include the keyboard that is extremely chintzy as mentioned, make it just a tablet, and spend the cash on quality control instead. Annoying experience and has left a bitter taste in my mouth with Lenovo’s consumer grade products.

I love this chrome book, it’s easy to use and i can take it anyway with me 10/10 for sure, it got my work done

Great little Chromebook. I still have my old one from about 7 years ago (and it still works fine), but I wanted the versatility offered by this model. Love it.

I have had this Duet 3 for a year now -- it is excellent Chromebook and tablet. The keyboard is pretty amazing for what it is - you can type all day on this like a regular keyboard. The screen is simply amazing. Good battery life. Lousy speakers - I always use with Bluetooth speakers so that solves the problem. Used for media consumption & social media. Love how portable it is too - light as a feather.Lenovo hit a homerun with this one.

Solid laptop replacement with just enough power to punch above its weight. Pros: - Beautiful high pixel density screen - Great included kickstand case and keyboard/trackpad - Lightweight, great looking device - Decent sound and great to use as a standalone media consumption device (using kickstand or holding it, it's a great size for streaming video - balancing something you'd be willing to hold for a while with good enough screen size) - Small bezels make it look sleek like an iPad for far less when you add up the overall package. - Battery life is solid - Good as an on the go productivity device... Even plugs into external monitors via USB-C up to 1440p which is awesome Cons: - Definitely not something you can use on a lap as it's not wide enough to rest on both knees. A bit of a balancing act if you try that Overall: - Good buy! It's a must buy when it goes on sale

Bought to use for traveling and it seems to be a good purchase. Easy to use and has a lot of flexibility. The detachable key pad, the attachment to keep your pen with makes it easy to use as well. The memory seems to be good to load a few movies for those longer flights. Connection seems to be good as well. Also this one is a very good size because it small enough to take with you and large enough so you can still see the screen. The speakers are good if you use them, most of the time just use Bluetooth headset. The picture on it is very clear and seems to refresh without slowing down. The magnet on the cover is very strong and the kickstand helps keeping it place when you set it up on the aircraft tray. Also forgot the battery on this seems to last a long time so not worrying that I am going to only see half a movie.

Great small size for any daily bag or purse of choice very convenient to carry light weight easy to utilize saves passwords and information instantly seamless connection to Bluetooth need better case options and should include pen because it comes with pen case.

This Laptop is AMAZING I bought this on Black Friday and it came quickly and was only 372$. It can go from a small touch screen Ipad to a very sturdy Laptop connects with bluetooth and works with airpods and has a really long battery life I also really recommend it for school its small, Portable, Lightweight.
