So far so good, I purchased this for my business that I started. I have had no issues, it's fast enough, it connects to my wi-fi and printer.the battery holds a charge. It is awesome.

I love this thing! I use it almost everyday. It's capable enough to be really get some good work done when you need to and an incredible entertainment device. The battery life is fantastic, and overall performance is fast and smooth I'm very happy with my purchase.

Perfect for my teenager! Love the touchscreen and the removable keyboard! Going to purchase another one for myself for traveling!

Great laptop, very useful super light and works great

This is my 2nd Chromebook. I like the profile of this chromebook and the fact that I can use it both as a tablet and a laptop. The keyboard connects easily and stays in place, even when I'm using it on my lap. The Duet also pairs with my Android phone, so I can get messages. My bookmarks synced easily once I logged in, although in a couple of instances, I needed to log in again. The Duet is lightweight, a little wider than my old Chromebook (13.3" vs 11 "), so I need to use a different bag for carrying, but it's very slim so it fits easily in a tote or a medium-size shoulder bag. One thing to be aware of: sometimes it shuts down unexpectedly (updates). When you press the power button, it doesn't go on instantly, you need to hold the button down for a few seconds, similar to restarting a cell phone, until the Chromebook logo appears.

I am really enjoying this Chromebook. Setup was easy, It's very efficient for my use. Battery life is great and it's relatively lightweight. The screen is vibrant. So glad I bought it!

I had been looking for a laptop/tablet and have always loved the Microsoft Surface Pro. Since I was issued laptops where I worked, it was hard to justify purchasing the Surface Pro. When I read about the Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5, I was intrigued about this product. I went to Best Buy to see in person and was not disappointed. Having used it now for a few weeks, I have found it to be very versatile. Since it comes with a keyboard, I have used it for work when at home. The screen size is large enough for answering emails, editing spreadsheets, and other docs. I also use it for personal use such as browsing the internet, answering personal emails, and stream various content. The OLED screen is amazing as the colors are vivid and bring content to life. Since I own a Google Pixel 6 Pro, it syncs effortlessly with the Duet 5 and I see all incoming notifications and can answer text messages from the it. I enjoy using this device no matter what I am doing and would highly recommend it.

The closest thing to an actual PC without the price. There are some things you can do with this that you still can't do on an iPad, such as adding an extended monitor. I added a pen and it works great (got the Pen on Amazon). There are some issues though. Microsoft does not fully support Chomebook. Apps that work well on an Android device may not be available on the Chromebook (like One Note). The hardware is excellent. The keyboard works great. You can use a mouse if you'd like but the trackpad is smooth and responsive. Overall, this will satisfy most of what you need to do on the go and it feels like a well integrated machine (all Google apps work great).

As an elder millennial, I have a deep-seated need to do Important Things on a laptop rather than a phone. But I also realize that technically I COULD do most things on a phone, which makes it hard to drop a lot of money on a laptop. And this is the perfect compromise! The price is so good, you can't not buy it. And it works great! I mainly use it for, well, the Important Stuff of course, but also for playing Balatro and watching videos while traveling, and it works great for that. I've seen people complain about the sound, and I guess it is a bit tinny, but totally fine if you're not picky. Love this thing and definitely recommend it!

I love this! I am a senior, so am not so tech savy. This is perfect for me. It works like my phone. I love the deyachable keyboard and the fact that I can sign on with my Gmail address. It is portable, light and can function as a laptop

Bought it for my daughter and she loves it, when I was setting it up I could tell it was a great purchase. Exactly what I was looking for.

To be fair, I purchased this Chromebook to replace an Android tablet that was dropped. So my 4-star rating is somewhat driven by the differences in those two units. The marketing would lead you to believe that a Chromebook is a "better" Android tablet. It is not. There are some significant differences that are annoying but not deal killers. This is a very nice tablet. I have nothing but good experiences with this one. The display is really nice, The keyboard is OK. The system's responsiveness is very good. It is a bit heavier than my last tablet, but I knew that going in. You can even get a tablet form factor cover for it. I would buy this model again.

Nice tablet 2-in-1. Works well for productive use, w the nice size keyboard. a bit large as a tablet but such a pretty screen... I'd rather the screen be a little large instead of too small. A perfect purchase at the sale price. Be sure and buy the 8gb of memory and not the 4gb version being sold elsewhere.

Touch screen computer is a definite upgrade for me. I truly like the benefits of a tablet and the processing power of a laptop. Best of both worlds for sure.

It works as expected. Setup was simple (basically enter Gmail address and password, and *poof!* you're done). Good battery life. I have only used it in tablet mode a couple of times (would be good, if heavy, for a digital magazine reader). An unforeseen detail is that it's difficult to use in your lap. The keyboard is *very* light, so it needs that kickstand to stand up (which uses more space). MS is making Word and Excel (etc) available/editable within Chrome, so "real" work will be possible.

I think it is a great machine, the screen is amazing, it is very portable, and has great build quality, but I wish it is faster. You can feel it is slightly lagging when browsing some more complex web app.

I love everything about this computer! It’s not a powerhouse so don’t expect it to run a ton of games, but we didn’t buy it for that. We bought it to knock out some work tasks from home, stream tv shows while we cook dinner, and take it on vacation from time to time. My only complaint is that the speakers are trash, but we just hook up. Bose speaker to it via Bluetooth and it fixes that issue (or I pair it to my AirPods and listen privately). Oh and battery life is stellar!
