I absolutely love this Chromebook. This is the first Chromebook I have owed and I can't say enough about it. I can do all my work from home on Office 365, while connecting it to my Android phone to see all my notifications on the screen and reply to all my text messages from the computer. On top of that it works great as a tablet due to having the Google Play Store. In my free time I enjoy watching movies on the amazing OLED screen. My only complaint is the lack of Dolby Atmos. The speakers are decent but could be so much better. Maybe the next iteration will fix this.

Great product, love the OLED screen and works great for my needs. First time using a Chromebook so it took me a while to get adjusted to finding ways to open up Microsoft type files. It's good for people who just work on emails all day and need something simple and effective as well as using other streaming type video apps.

Fast 8 core ARM. Great performance for the money. Very portable. Nice keyboard. Linux support. No Steam support.

I really wanted to like the Duet 5 and had really high hopes but it did not meet my expectations and I had to return it. Pros: Fantastic convertible chromebook with good screen size and build quality. Decent enough CPU and GPU to power through most tasks, particularly for multi-tasking with zoom and other apps. Inclusion of keyboard cover at the price $449 on sale is fantastic when compared to other similar devices. 8gb ram and 128gb ssd is better than 4gb ram and 64gb ssd on Lenovo's own website (4gb is certain cheaper). Cons Still on Android 9, no idea when it will get upgraded to Android 11. When opening from keyboard cover, either after it awakes from sleep or just turns on the screen (can change this in power settings), sometimes the screen would not respond to touch and would require keyboard to enter password or pin. Reboot to fix this. When connected to wifi, apps would not download from play store even though browsing the web was fine. Reboot fixed this and downloads then automatically queued up. Unclear if this is a software issue. I used this as a supplement to my work laptop and wanted to use it for outlook, word and excel. Light use. The chromebook comes with a version of outlook, but not one with an official outlook icon. It does not appear that outlook can be updated via playstore. MS has stopped supporting Office for chromebooks and has required that people use their web version. It appears that Lenovo did this half way w/ Outlook as an app but not the rest. This was an issue for me and might be an issue for you as well. I'm not sure how to edit Word docs if I don't have wifi, at least Google supports an offline version of the software. I think this is a good product for many use cases, but it didn't meet my needs.

I needed something to replace my 10 year old laptop and decided to try a Chromebook. Obviously it is not a laptop computer, but a glorified tablet. It doesn't have any internal CD/DVD drive or the memory capacity that my laptop does, but for every day internet usage and light duty work, it's far superior. I boots up very quickly and so far has worked well. I have found that it does have some quarks; when updating the apps through the Google play store, it says the apps are downloaded and installed, yet the information panel (on the home screen, bottom right side) indicates it's downloading well after the play store finished, and the notification doesn't end until the machine is rebooted.

Wonderful! Easy to use, not too big not too small. Fits right in my purse, Very convenient! I love mine.

If you have an android phone or live in the Google ecosystem a good Chromebook is better than any Windows laptop. It's light has an awesome screen and battery life is top shelf. Downside is android apps are iffy still. Keep them in phone or tablet mode for more stability. Camera sucks but who cares. All said I use it way more than my windows Ultrabook for day to day functions.

Chrome is not Android... understand that going into. So, if you are expecting android operating system like on Android phones, it is a little different even though you can download apps. Now, with that all the way? I will say that this is a great chromebook. Could not ask for any better. I knew what this is going into it as my daughter owns the slightly smaller version. I also own a Samsung S23 Ultra phone, and a windows OS laptop high power computer. They all serve their purpose.

This is a fabulous device. I use it on the go at coffee shops, the office and at school. It interconnects with my Pixel phone and my Samsung tablet purchased from Best Buy

Great little Chromebook. Got this for my mom as a gift and honestly...I kind of want one now. The form factor is awesome. Its pretty fast too! My only gripe is I wish they made a Chromebook plus version of this with the increased specs. And if they added a better camera it would be a perfect Chromebook.

This is a great small laptop/tablet. It does everything I need and can fit in a big purse for easy travel...and the price was another added bonus.

This Chromebook has some of the best value for all the features it gives you at the cost you will pay. I enjoy being able to easily move from having a laptop setup to a tablet for moving around seamlessly. Having the touchscreen function really makes it easy when I'm multitasking and not wanting to constantly move a mouse around. All around a great upgrade over my last Chromebook

I have so many Chromebooks but this one by far is one of the best for being so lightweight yet has excellent performance. It is extremely good value

So far very happy, battery last a very long time, lightweight and east to carry around. A+

I really like this Chromebook. Works great for home and travel. Great screen and battery life.

This is great in handling contracts and very portable. However, less than a year the keyboard seems to not work.
