It’s a great alternative to an iPad because it has ram and a Oled display, and very responsive

Use it for school only, it gets the job done perfectly. Keyboard helps when i type. It has great specs for a chromebook too, but the only issue I have is sometimes the touch screen wont work. So I have to send it out to make sure it working properly. One thing I've noticed though, lenovo has horrible customer service, so if you have issues make sure you're ready to throw down with tech support they will try to prolong the inevitably.

Fast efficient perfect size used for school projects

I purchased a open box for $438.99 it arrived on time , after 2 days of heavy use , this duet 5 started to freeze up the touch screen worked but not the tracpad or any of the keys on the keyboard this happened 4 times in 2 days and the only fix was too force a shut down by holding the power button for about 10 to 15 second's not good , also battery seemed to be getting about 7hrs with heavy use streaming, a movie , and some YouTube. I was highly concerned and disappointed with this unit , I will be returning this to best buy, And if I decide to go with the duet 5 I will buy a new one I bought 2 open box Chromebooks and had issues with both of them and returned then both , that is it folks for this one if you decide to pull the trigger on this one buy it new from best buy the 8gb memory 128 gb storage emmc. Happy New Year's everyone stay safe.

Upfront: unable to conduct zoom meetings on this device. Which makes me question its competence / value, being that Zoom is a standard way of communicating. When expanding videos on Mighty Networks to full screen, the Lenovo Duet 5 exhibits the same lag that my 5 year old Acer R11 does. The detachable keyboard is fantastic, as is the display! But circling back - doesn't do the thing I need it to do, which is run zoom (despite a very fast, stable connection). Put yourself in the scenario - mentally wondering if you're detracting from the call by being frozen/inaudible/out of sync with the rest of the participants, then asking to be let back in after restarting my computer, and then ultimately revert to phone. So, being that the performance on this really isn't better than my 5 year old Acer R11, I think I will keep that one as an eReader type device, and then return this Lenovo Duet 5 to BB, and opt for a used 2 in 1 elsewhere.

This is a great little laptop! I use it for taking notes for college as well as general web browsing and it works perfectly for that. My only gripe is that the keyboard comes off if its opened even slightly too far. The magnets used to connect the keyboard are strong but the part that bends to allow it to fold is stiff and keeps the keyboard from opening as far as the stand on the back allows it to.
