    Basically a bigger, nicer, better, faster version of the original Duet. Love the oled display and the two usb c ports.

    It is a great device if you already work in the Google ecosystem and do not need much computing power. The tablet only is a little large to hold in one had. I bought the device as open box and it was a great deal. I realized that the screen had a hardware issue where I could not adjust the brightness and Best Buy would not help since it is past the return date. It is annoying and I am probably going to get a lenovo device elsewhere next time.

      Hey CraigS, we're sorry to hear that you ran into trouble with your Duet 5 Chromebook. To try to resolve this, try doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages your touchpad. If this doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to factory reset your Chromebook, which you can learn more about towards the bottom of the webpage tied to the previously embedded link.     Fiest let me say a used product in this shape at this price is a steal. The new versions are out so just buy one if this is the type of travel toy you need or want. They truly are great. My issues are with the company and its descriptions. The product came in great condition. Only issue was the keyboard cover magnet is worn out so doesnt connect as it should (and I know because I have a duet 3 and another 5 which I bought brand new unlike this one). The tablet portion was flawless and is a daily toy for one of my kids. It has held up oustandingly. My issue is the charger they sent was not comparable to what should have been with the product. It was lower watts and actually just an old phone charger brick. This is a 2 in 1 computer tablet. The short cord the gave would likely melt with prolonged use and isnt very long. I attempted to contact customer service 3 times and gave up. My daughter just uses my cord for the other duet 5.
