Only complaint is it's tough "ish" to find a good, strong case, that also is aesthetically pleasing and user friendly with this type of notebook

If you spend more time in tablet mode, I would lean towards the Duet 3. I have used it in tablet mode laying in bed and it's not terrible. Tablet is good considering the specs and if you keep in mind this is not a laptop, but a tablet with a mobile device processor. Perfect for web browsing, light emulators and media consumption. Good battery life, great display and solid build.

College classes, writing papers, online searches, working on my business expenses and income. My daughter plays games on it as well. It was a great price as well.

She uses it for the basics on the internet and the value for it is awesome. I used to have to buy $500 + laptops for her that would die in 1-2 years. Not anymore!! So happy with my purchase!

Not in the apple system but ideal for basic tasks once you get used to using a Chromebook. Not sure why the other reviewers do not like reading on it. If you custom size the window, kindle reading works very well.

Just got a stylus so we will see about that. Should come with the sytlus holders, so I would deduct some for have to buy that for #35 more.

Keyboard and everything works great she is able to play all her games so the ram is sufficient and haven't had a single problem with it.

The software is a little buggy, sometimes I have to restart the device to be able to adjust brightness. Great for basic web browsing and games. Some video sites are discolored could be from software side too

The tablet itself is a bit heavy so it doesnt sit up well to type on your legs. it props up great if you are sitting at a table. with the size of this though youd likely be using this on the go, and need better stability. the interface is normal google chromebook and its pretty fast.

missing charger, burn in and not reset to default

I only found out at the pickup time. 2. It was NOT reset to factory default. Mine was probably a display model and it was stuck in demo mode. I had to set up an appointment with Geek Squad to get it reset to default. The open box is supposed to "Works like new. Restored to factory settings." 3. The screen has burn in. My chromebook most likely was a display model and stuck in demo mode. The text " Tap to explore Chromebox" was permanently burned in at the bottom of the screen. I took a long trip to pick up this Chromebook with a missing charger and major burn in and then I had to take another trip to get it reset to factory default. I was not a happy customer.

I like Lenovo brand for its robustness and longevity. This one didn’t disappoint either. Great machine for kids to study and play. Recommend it!
