When we received it in the mail and opened it in had no keyboard and C cord for changing it. So I immediately went to Best Buy to see if I could get a replacement keyboard. Unfortunately they made it seem that it wasn’t a option. Instead they sold me a Logitech slim Bluetooth keyboard. Which is nice but not practical for my daughter. Logistically lugging a separate piece of equipment around isn’t practical either. So I called customer service the only option they gave me was mailing it back and getting a refund but that wasn’t an option. In conclusion I just wanted the keyboard to match this product and a changing cord. The tablet itself has a great Oled screen and it’s fast for what it is.

This screen provides 100 Percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut for excellent color accuracy. This Chromebook Duet 5 ships with the Chrome Operating System installed and is compatible with Google Play Store APPs. Not all Google Play Store APPs are optimized for the Chrome OS and this may effect the way the APP is displayed on a Chromebook screen. We recommend you check with the specific APPs software publisher's web sites, of the APP you are having issues with, for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this Chromebook's configuration.

This laptop is awful. The picture flashes in and out like similar models that are at the base of a current lawsuit with Lenovo. It isn’t once in awhile, it flashes in and out between bright colors to very faded. It is most noticeable if you are using this laptop to watch a streaming service. Secondly my touch screen goes in and out of when it chooses to work. Currently it hasn’t worked for a few days so I’m wanting to say it needs repairs at this point and I personally don’t think it’s worth it. If I could go back in time I definitely would have done more research and not went through with this purchase.
