As a result if you use the kickstand to hold the device up or carry it across a room, sometimes you're fine, other times the device falls of the case. The chassis and screen must also be very fragile because one drop from hip height onto a soft linoleum style floor caused the screen to shatter. Had this for about 1 week. Have only cracked the screen on one other device in my whole life.

When we received it in the mail and opened it in had no keyboard and C cord for changing it. So I immediately went to Best Buy to see if I could get a replacement keyboard. Unfortunately they made it seem that it wasn’t a option. Instead they sold me a Logitech slim Bluetooth keyboard. Which is nice but not practical for my daughter. Logistically lugging a separate piece of equipment around isn’t practical either. So I called customer service the only option they gave me was mailing it back and getting a refund but that wasn’t an option. In conclusion I just wanted the keyboard to match this product and a changing cord. The tablet itself has a great Oled screen and it’s fast for what it is.

This Chromebook ships with a 16:9 aspect ratio, 13.3 inch (screen size measured diagonally) OLED - FHD (1920x1080) 10-point Multi-touch screen, with a brightness level of 400 nits, has a Glossy finish. This screen provides 100 Percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut for excellent color accuracy. This Chromebook Duet 5 ships with the Chrome Operating System installed and is compatible with Google Play Store APPs. Not all Google Play Store APPs are optimized for the Chrome OS and this may effect the way the APP is displayed on a Chromebook screen. We recommend you check with the specific APPs software publisher's web sites, of the APP you are having issues with, for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this Chromebook's configuration.

I had my computer for less than 6 months, and then it died. No reason at all, just a big brick. I took it to Best Buy, showed them the receipt, and they said Too bad (almost joyfully on their end) because it was outside of 15 days. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM BEST BUY. They are following the path of Radio Shack and Fry's due to poor policies and leadership.
