Opening to tablet mode broke the screen. A crack immediately formed next to the frame's edge, in less than 3 weeks of use. Warranty did not cover this. This broke on my hand without any pressure. I was only using a function this is supposed to do: tablet mode. Very, very disappointed with how fragile they built this to not do the function of tablet they advertise for this.

I recently purchased the Lenovo Flex touchscreen laptop, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and versatility. The 360-degree hinge allows me to easily flip the laptop into tablet mode, making it perfect for work, entertainment, and everything in between. The touchscreen is highly responsive, and the display is vibrant with crisp colors, which makes watching videos and browsing a delight. Greet Laptop. I purchased this because I needed something portable while i was traveling for work, but wanted something for movies as well. This 2 in 1 is so convenient it even connects to my phone and recognizes my Wifi settings making setup easy. Being able to answer text from my laptop while working is so much easier than stopping what I'm doing to pick up my phone. If your phone is lost you can activate the ringer from the laptop. Battery life is decent i get around 8 hours on a full charge with high usage and medium brightness. Very fast and responsive from keystroke to mouse, and touchscreen very low latency. Display is very clear, sharp picture, i find myself watching content more on this then my TV. Great buy highly recommend this for those on the go as it is small enough for easy portability, while being big enough for everyday work task and report writing, and perfect size for media watching.

I can't complain when I got this on sale with additoinal savings from an open box purchase ($207). Its exceptional value at that price with a nice form factor, screen, touchpad and keyboard. Fairly light as well. The N100 processor is plenty fast for light to medium tasks and while I wish it had more ram I can't complain at this price and haven't noticed it cause any issues during my limited testing (two apps open and multiple chrome tabs). My only real complaint is when moving the screen you can see backlight bleed from the flex. Once it's in position though its pretty much not noticeable. This is a budget laptop overall so can't really be too picky.

This is my second Chromebook. I needed something small, portable, and inexpensive. Most (x86) Chromebooks of this size have 11.6" HD (i.e. 1366x768) screens, and Gemini Lake or Jasper Lake Celerons; which aren't all that fast. The Flex 3i, on the other hand, has a 12" (touch!) screen with nice colors, generous viewing angles, and a very usable resolution of 1900x1200. It also has an Alder Lake-N N100 processor, which is as quick as a mainstream Kaby Lake i5 desktop from six years ago, but consumes a tenth of the power. It has other nice-to-haves: The webcam has a physical privacy shutter, and the keyboard has good typing feel. It's handled everything I've thrown at it so far (remote desktop, Linux development, too many tabs open on Chrome, etc.) The only nitpicks I have for it, so far, is the inclusion of only 1 USB-C port. So if you want to charge the battery and still do USB-C things, you're going to need an appropriately-rated USB-C docking station. More RAM would always be nice, of course, but I haven't seen any real slow-downs yet. Definitely recommended!

The upgrade I was looking for. I needed another Chromebook as the last one began running too slow. This one is much faster at web browsing. The screen seems much more clear and bright as well. Also the battery life is excellent. I'm happy with it.

It probably deserves 4.5 stars for the price point. I got it for writing my novel on the go, so I don't always have to sit at a desk. The only reason its not a 5 star is because when you use it like a tablet it restricts some actions and becomes a sort of restricted tablet. I don't really like how I can't place app links on a desktop, like I can other devices. Maybe I haven't figured it out and it is possible. I love how small it is and it never overheats while sitting in my lap. The battery life is awesome, but I'd be shocked if you got 12hrs of active time like they claim. If you want something simple for internet use and writing, I've had no problems on my end. No lag or anything, even when using AI etc. Good little machine for the money.

This little Chromebook is actually just enough, and I mean that in a great way. I previously had a MacBook Air through work but wanted a little something for personal use. I adore the size, coming from a 13” before. The operating system and RAM are enough for casual to moderate use, as expected with a Chromebook! I purchased this “open box” and was BLOWN away to discover I’d paid such a moderate price for a flip/touchscreen as well! Very satisfied!

Love it! I love the size, the weight, the keyboard. I love how once I sign in to my Google account, the computer automatically signs me into everything else, like my Google Drive and such. The screen quality is a bit mid, but otherwise fine. There’s about 200 wallpapers to choose from in the settings that look great on the screen. As a previous MacBook user, I feel like this Chromebook is way more intuitive and useful.

I recently purchased a Chromebook from Best Buy and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. This laptop is lightweight, compact and perfect for someone on-the-go like me. The battery life is impressive and it lasts all day without needing to be charged. The Chromebook is fast, responsive and delivers excellent performance. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the touchpad is accurate and easy to use. The display is bright and clear, making it ideal for watching videos or working on projects. The best part is that it is affordable and provides great value for the price. I highly recommend this Chromebook to anyone looking for a reliable, high-performance laptop that won't break the bank.

First of all I am a Chromebook fanatic. I have owned over two dozen in the 11+ years I have been using them. I love trying out new devices especially when a new processor is in play. I grabbed this as soon as it was released and I must say that the new Intel Alder Lake N100 is very solid, it is zippy and thank goodness no fan/fan noise to contend with. The screen is amazing for a device in this price range and I am so glad to see 300 nits on the 12.2 inch WUXGA screen. The speakers are up-firing and more than sufficient. Nice touch with the camera shutter as well. At this price you really will have trouble finding a better value in my honest opinion.

So far, so good. Purchased as a gift for simple streaming, emailing & other basic online access. I was looking for ease of use, good display, good battery, & portability, as well as a decent length of support life after a previous Chromebook lost access to some movie & sports platforms. The option to convert from laptop to tablet style (with touchscreen) was a bonus.

It was time for a new Chromebook, so I did my homework and narrowed it down to 3. After comparison shopping, I decided on the IdeaPad Flex 3i for a few reasons: lightweight, compact, touchscreen, and flexible. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now, and I really enjoy using it.

Easily the best Chomebook I’ve used and a steal at twice the price! (Got it on sale here for $269) Wonderful keyboard, decent sound (especially from a laptop) & performance w/ the Intel N100 platform was remarkably zippy. Rarely ran into any kind of slowdown/overload despite the 4GB RAM & the 64GB storage was plenty for Android/Chrome apps & local docs. That it’s a 2-in-1 (essentially an Android tablet) as well is only icing on the cake.

Great! It Works very well. Good memory. It becomes a tablet. Light, thin and easy to carry anywhere. I was worried because it doesn't have an air outlet window at the bottom, but it's very good and doesn't get hot easily. The battery lasts a long time, so I only charge it when necessary so that the battery doesn't become addicted. The purchasing experience was also another factor that contributed to my good satisfaction. I bought it online and picked it up in store. Everything very quick and easy!

I normally do not take the time to write product reviews but after purchasing this laptop and spending a few hours with it I had to. This laptop at $268 IS A STEAL!!!!! I opened the box without much excitement thinking this was just going to be a basic cheap Chromebook for the price boy was I wrong. I wont make this a long drawn out review but build quality is amazing, yes it is plastic but it no way does it feel cheap or flimsy. Love the blue color, keyboard and track pad are both great speakers are decent, and the screen is beautiful!!! I am not familiar with these new Intel chips but the N100 in this model is just as fast if not faster than the Intel Core i3 I had in my Surface Go 3 which I just returned because the battery life sucked!! I cant speak for the battery on this laptop since I just purchased it a few hours ago but I am sure it will be long lasting. I am totally impressed by this laptop Lenovo knocked it out of the park with this one. All I can say is BUY BUY BUY this laptop you will not be disappointed.
