Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t have the Chromebook for long, after receiving it and using it for at most an hour I decided it’s not for me and boxed it back up to be returned, however, after using in minimally I did not like the keyboard, the keys are not smooth, I was not able to send files from one device to the next, the Bluetooth wouldn’t connect to nearby devices, was not aware that you’re only able to use Google apps, I was coming from a MacBook and did not want to spend that money again which is why I bought the Chromebook, it clearly did not work out so I purchased a MacBook Pro the same day, never again for me

It is painfully slow loading simple web pages and often crashes. I've had other chromebooks in the past that were a delight to use and this is simply too underpowered for the job.

If you feel that the system could be optimized and not limited by hardware to meet your needs, to try to remedy this, first, please look for any applicable updates in the “About ChromeOS” tab in system settings. After applying these updates, should your issue persist, we recommend trying to complete a powerwash or factory reset to see if this resolves the issue. To complete a reset, here is a link to a Google Support page that details how to reset a Chromebook: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en. Died after 14 months

The touch screen is a little finicky near the edges; when touching the screen the clicks want to "snap" to the edge. Also, the unit completely died 14 months after purchase. It won't charge or turn on.

I found that there were troubles when I would open a new tab, and it was just keeps spinning. Even after I close out the browser I would actually had to restart the entire computer and even sometimes I didn’t work so I had to do a hard reset and this was only a few days after getting the computer. Keep in mind. This is my second computer by Lenovo Chromebook that I have gotten and returned. It’s a good computer for small projects. I was a little annoyed that I couldn’t download what I wanted to because, but didn’t allow it.
