It was great...until it wasn't

It was great until one day in July 2025, with no warning, it would not charge. We brought it back to Best Buy and since we opted for no Best Buy coverage, they would not help. We paid a local repair shop to diagnose, after trying to repair, they said throw it away.

Long battery, cool for college.

There is a little line in the screen that pops up with microsoft word in the same spot and it happens randomly. .. its edge to edge so its not the software.. weird. but once in a blue moon type thing, still wouldnt trade it.
