Love the touch screen. So much easier than the mouse .

Very beautiful finish, very durable fast processor.

I purchased this computer for my grandson for college. He loves it. Easy to set up and great speed, touchscreen.The fact that he can use it as a laptop or tablet is another plus. Meets all the requirements for his classes.

This is a solid laptop. Performance is great. 2 in 1 for $500 with an 11th gen core i5 is good. Screen is bright. Weight is not bad. I recommend this for light to medium requirements.

Great computer for the price. Fast enough for any of the basic office/internet stuff I need to do, good display, but the best thing about it is that there's no cheap plasticky feel or look in the keys or casing.

Great laptop for the price. I downsized from a desktop to a laptop & I am completely satisfied with what this Lenovo laptop has to offer in terms of speed & ease of use.

It’s much larger rhan I thought it was going to be, but that’s on me for not reading rhe specifcations. What really bothers me is the keyboard position. I didn’t realize I bought a laptop with a number pad. Now, you could argue that my rating isn’t fair since I overlooked that I bought it with the number pad. However, it just feels off. I look at the positioning and i believe they could have moved rhe QWERTY portion closer to center and perhaps made the number keys smaller to make room. Either way, there is a little room to just push them closer together. It’s also heavy and the touch screen feels squishy.

I love my new Lenovo laptop. It was easy to set up and it is easy to use. I highly recommend this product. It is high quality at a reasonable price. It’s lightweight and the screen images are clear and sharp.

So far so good, although I worry the hinges wont last that long. For this price range it’s not bad but if you spend more I recommend getting the yoga instead.

I bought one for my wife after her old Acer finally gave out. She loves it. Great value. My only problem with the Lenovos is that you have to hold down the [Fn] key to access the traditional function keys, however that can be fixed with a simple BIOS tweak.

I've always been partial to Lenovo and so far this laptop is doing great. A couple of times there was a little bit of a lag but after figuring it out, it had nothing to do with the laptop itself.

Its okay. I didnt know much about it. I just needed a laptop. It is heavier than what I wanted. It does the job for me so Im satisfied. The sound quality could be better.

I have to say I love this laptop! I love everything about it except for the battery. The battery could definitely be much better on this laptop and it will make this laptop perfect!

Piece of crap. Not what I ordered, but bestbuy customer service sucks just as hard as the laptop. bestbuy told me they sent the wrong laptop, then wouldn't take it back. Now, just 2 yrs old, it finally snapped--literally. The over-tight hinge shattered apart and cracked the monitor glass as well. I'm trying to return it--I bought the extended warranty--but can't get one bit of cooperation from bestbuy. The closest store is over an hour away, and they want me to just casually drop by, to see if they can help. The way I would like to do it--and the way that actually makes sense--is for me to talk with somebody at the store in advance so that I will know what I need to bring with me and what else I need to do to make sure my trip isn't wasted. But y'all already know, don't you? bestbuy doesn't care one bit about making this easy on the customer. They don't care about us. Where else you going to go? They already destroyed most competition. I was going to stop there, but scanning down this page, I see that bestbuy wants to know if I'd recommend the thing. What kind of racket is that?! Send a guy the wrong thing, then ask if he likes it? Yes, please sir, give me another, you . . ..

Love this laptop. It is easy to use and the screen is so clear. I haven’t used the touchscreen feature yet but I am sure I will in the future.

My second Lenovo laptop. The keyboard size is reduced in this one, so my fingers are hitting the wrong keys until I get the feel of it. Otherwise lightning fast and beautiful color screen.

This computer was such a great deal. It is loaded with features and the 2 in 1 capabilities make it worth every penny

As a 76 year old who is not at all good with technology, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I feel the person who assisted me in my decision listened well to my needs and capabilities and steered me in the right direction with this Lenovo. While it's still a struggle to learn what I want to know about how it operates, I;m doing okay.

Fast, easy to use and very slick. Love the touch screen and the flip display.
