Searching basic websites but no gaming if any kind. Issues with typing... half the word will be missing when I look at the screen. It’s laggy and Ive saved less than 10 files on it so far. I have cable internet at the fastest speed they offer and it feels like I’m back on dial up. Matter of fact I chose to write this review on my cell vs dealing with that thing. I just close the laptop when I’m done using it and something will start playing at random from one of the pages I had open. I’m seriously annoyed with it. I’ve tried different browsers and ie seems to work better than the new edge. I’m gonna try a factory reset... If that doesn’t help I’ll probably start looking for a new one.

Disabled windows s10 mode since I prefer to install a couple programs that I already paid for and worked great on my hp, namely: Affinity designer. It's the only program I've installed sofar. I shudder to think what would happen if I also install OpenOffice.org, a free program I have safely used for years on all my other computers. This proprietary windows apps only is BS. They don't have the programs I need, it's just another money grab. To top it off, this morning I tried to install updates, the screen stayed black for minutes. Thought the whole thing just died roughly 2 month after purchase. I was finally able to update, but dang it, I didn't look for top quality at this price, but basic workability would be nice. I would not recommend this product.
