The order and pickup was fine but I was told the Geek Squad was going to be able to transfer my Sims 4 to new laptop and when I brought my old tower in they did not seem that knowledgeable on what to do and they told me to call Sims. It was a complete waste of time. Other than that I love my new laptop.

I work from home. The laptop that I was given was slow and had issues that our tech support could not solve. Since everything is web-based, I decided to use my own laptop. It works flawlessly all day long. It’s also easy to just switch profiles when I am using it for personal use.

This is a great little laptop and I would give it five stars if it wasn't for the touchscreen that doesn't support an active stylus. I needed this for online teaching and the rubber tipped styluses just don't allow for the writing accuracy I need. Sadly I had to send it back. If writing with a stylus isn't your top priority it's going to be a great laptop for you.

I purchased this as a Gift for my father to replace his 15+ year old Gateway PC. He doesn't do much besides the typical Word Doc and Web search and I felt that this fit the bill just nicely. No complaints so far. I will say that Tech Illiterate father's might need help setting things up in the beginning.

Got this to replace an ASUS laptop. The older 1 was just giving up the ghost as it was extremely slow in starting and the wi Fi card began to get blotchy. I love the fact that this machine boots up quickly and I have no argument with the battery life. Much better than my old machine. Saved $350 as a deal of the day.

Bought this as a Xmas present for my girlfriend when it was on-sale. Plenty fast enough for all your basic tasks, browsing, email, shopping, etc. Connects to wireless internet easily. Good computer for the price point. She had some set up issues with a Lenovo account getting started but other than that no issues.

We bought this for a work computer for insurance sales and is perfect! It is very fastand handle alot of programs open. I even have it connected to two stationary monitors, giving me three monitors total, and it doesnt even bother it. Very happy with the price for what it is. Highly recommend!

I like this product. I wish the extended warranty was less expensive

this replaced an old Lenovo Yoga that I purchased open box. Really like this one. Just make sure you are aware that at the top of the screen in the middle where the camera is, there is a little button that you can manually hide the camera. It's easy to flip on and off when closing, but no big deal.

Like it. Good quality, strong enough to manage everyday tasks flawlessly. Haven't pushed it at all, but I'm sure it can do some entry level video editing and gaming, although, no AAA games.

Quality and construction of the laptop is excellent. Portability is good. The thinness of the laptop makes it lightweight and easy to transport. Screen resolution could be a little better. Overall, I am very happy with the product. We currently have 2 laptops that was purchased within a year of each other and plan to buy a third one very soon.

Purchased as a Christmas present for my college bound, self proclaimed gamer son and he says it performs awesomely. The only drawback is 6 months in the R key broke and the only resolution my Best Buy Total Tech Support could offer me was to send it out for 4-6 weeks for a warranty repair.......... seriously!? Gamers got to game.
