Great laptop

To start with system performance, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
With McAfee and any other preinstalled software that you deem unnecessary, you can remove these applications. If you'd like to learn how, we recommend visiting the following Microsoft Support webpage for details: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uninstall-or-remove-apps-and-programs-in-windows-4b55f974-2cc6-2d2b-d092-5905080eaf98

I purchased 2 of these laptops for my college-aged children and they are excellent computers with all the features that they need for school, at a great price. The computers came quickly and were in excellent condition upon arrival , with the majority of the original packaging intact.
