The sound, though, is absolute garbage. So tinny! I downloaded a equalizer to tweak the sound but the speakers are so bad that there can't be much improvement at all.

Spam on first use of setting it up

First using the laptop all of a sudden it came across the screen making all kinds of noise that I needed to call a number. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it was spam at the time. Cost me $998. I will never get back.

While I would not want to play graphic intensive games on it, for email, spreadsheets and documents, it is fine. Be aware that you cannot upgrade the RAM. 16GB are sufficient to run Windows 11 and MS Office 24.

Good and bad features

The best feature is the display folds all the way flat, which is wonderful for working in the car in front of the steering wheel. However, one feature I very much dislike is the keyboard backlighting; it does not have a dim down setting, and I very much dislike the colored back lighting, and the power button located at the top of the keyboard and is always lit, which is awful on the eyes while working in the dark.
