The most confusing thing are Microsoft products, but even that was OK. I would buy again. To he honest, I would turn off the touch screen feature. It's not my thing.

Great computer at a great price

Desperately needed a better computer to finish phd. Before this laptop, i was using two computers that were both at least 10 years old. One stopped working and the other wouldnt update anymore. So far, im really enjoying the quality of this laptop, especially at the price point.

Not bad, not great. Basic laptop.

But has a touchscreen and enough RAM not to slow you down too much. Biggest gripe is the power cable, which is not USB c. Very old tech for a newer laptop. Annoying to have to keep up with a particular power cable. But bought it for a kid to use with online classes and it serves the purpose. Would not buy it for myself.

Excellent product but not what i was looking for

I had ordered it with the guide of one of the best buy agents online. I simply told what i was looking for and they helped me with some options. I ordered it at night and got it the next day. Unfortunately it was too big for what i wanted. I wanted soemthing to carry around in my bag but that was big so i returned it the folllwing day. It was pretty smooth process and i got my refund within the folllwing days

I personally wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing one. I have had to go to the Geeks to save my nerves MANY times. Too many 'hidden files' return. I probably go to them at least once a month to have the computer and my cell phone 'cleaned up. Thank you Geek Squad
