Fast, easy to use, good value

It is fast, good battery life, the touch screen works well. I am not a gamer and don't use it to watch streaming videos on the PC very often, so can't speak to that. Good value. I would recommend it.

Exactly what I needed at an excellent price

I wasn't looking for anything fancy because I don't game and I only need it for school (Machine Learning and AI), but I knew I wanted a machine that would last me a few years with a decent performance. As soon as I got it I installed the Anaconda package and it completed in 2 minutes, and that's when I knew this was the one for me. For work I have an i9 10th generation 32 GB RAM which still works perfectly, and this one performs even better. I can see it running smoothly for a few year's. In addition, I spent some time doing some research, and at $400 (Nov2025 pre-black Friday), this one was by far the better deal against any other laptops under $700. Only downside: no backlit keyboard. I can live without it. Highly recommend.

Upgrade from a Chromebook. Glad I did it.

I spent a good half hour 45 minutes talking to him about various laptops and what I wanted to do and what I would need to do it well. I can't say enough good things about him. Additionally, I had accrued quite a few points, and was able to redeem them all in the purchase of this laptop which was a real good Plus. The staff also showed me how I could earn more points for future purchases, without spending more money. As far as the laptop itself, this is quite a upgrade from the small 3-year-old Chromebook I had been using. Touch screen is quite nice, the laptop starts quickly, and the process of moving everything from both my PC and my Chromebook was straightforward and relatively easy. I pretty much use this in it home office type setting, word processing, some Excel work, and I'm going to start using it for photo editing. Nothing too serious. All in all the experience was a 10, and so far the laptop is a 10 also.

I would suggest to eveyone looking a mid laptop. I don't like those lower tier laptops as you really need tp updgrade memory and storeage if can.

The only thing this one has the method to power it off different that my previous one and I almost could find it. Size is good to have it at home or even to take it to meetings. In my personal opinion could be a bit heavy for meetings. I love Lenovo thank you.
