This laptop is perfect for my needs. Speed is great, screen is sharp and clear. It is easy to use. I am retired and like playing an occasional game on it. I have also made birthday cards with it. I did a lot of research before purchasing this laptop and it is exactly what i wanted and needed.

It's a well made laptop for every day use. The battery is the best feature of it and after 4month, it like the first day! There are a lot of overheating reviews about this model, but luckily, it not my case!

It is great at most things. The only issue I have with it is that the touchpad takes getting used to with how low the sensitivity felt at the beginning. There are times it also freezes up when closing a browser. Not sure why that happens. It runs smoothly beyond those problems. I can play Minecraft without lag. Watch several videos at the same time if I wanted too. Handles basic level games as well. The battery is half decent. Sometimes it feels like it drains fast but I have it at best performance at all times so that may be why. If only it didn't come with the Windows bloat programs and didn't freeze up sometimes when closing browsers or tabs. Thsoe are my only complaines but I would recommend the product to others at the price I got it for. (I bought it on a high discount for 480 dollars but with taxes. Around 520. Might have been cheapter a few years ago but can't change that.)

A great laptop at an affordable price. Purchased as a Christmas gift and its sleek, lightweight and runs nicely. It is perfect for on the go.

As this laptop doesn't have a dedicated graphics unit, it will not blow you away running games or doing AI workload (though it is capable of doing both!). It does awesome what it proposes to do - browse internet, work with email, office documents, etc. And with 16 Gb of RAM, you'll have a good overhead to tackle those in a few years to come

I havent had this laptop for very long. But I have to say its pretty sharp. Its not to heavy and charges up quickly. A lot faster than others I've used. Its done everywhere I need so far. The work speed is very good. Overall I think its a great little machine. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality affordable laptop.

This is the first laptop I've ever purchased. And the first computer I've purchased in over a decade. It seems like a decent computer for what I paid. ($400) It runs age of empires just fine. I can watch videos, edit images and make graphic art. It has a touch screen also. Only knock I give this is that my Google Pixel 10 pro has better speaker sound than this laptop. Audio is totally crap. Also the build quality is kinda cheap feeling to me. The plastic flexes pretty easily. But it's light weight and I'd rather plastic bend than break. Overall I'll keep it at 5stars because I know I wasn't buying top of the line. It fits my needs just fine.

It's perfect for my needs -- which aren't much! Writing, dealing with my website, some graphic design stuff (lowkey regular consumer type stuff, not professional!). The laptop is compact, but doesn't feel cramped, reliable, functional -- all the stuff.

This item was priced well by Best Buy. It allows for basic uses for a laptop with good speed. The laptop is easy to use. My favorite part is the Geek Squad availability. Best Buy is my go to store for electronics and the Geek Squad is part of that decision.
