Great budget productivity laptop

The graphics are ok in that they will support lower end games but it's great for office apps and web browsing. I picked it up for my daughter to use for school work and she loves it.

We would like to share some additional suggestions to improve your performance issue.
First, we recommend installing all available driver updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates are crucial to the device’s health and can affect performance. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, launch the application, then select the “Check for updates” button at the top right of the screen. To check for Windows Updates, launch the Settings app, select the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, then select the “Check for updates’ button in the top right of the page. Once the updates are installed, we recommend restarting the device.
Secondly, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 lets you adjust the computer’s thermal mode. This lets your device cycle between higher-performance and quiet modes or automatically adjust based on your needs. To start, launch the Lenovo Vantage app, select the "Device Settings" tab on the left-hand side of the display, scroll down to "Power modes," and select the best mode for your needs. We suggest using Quiet mode, which will lower the temperature of your Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3, reduce fan noise under load, and improve battery life. During gaming, we suggest changing the thermal mode to performance to get the most out of your Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3. You can also toggle thermal modes with the Fn+Q hotkey.

First, we would like to address the battery charging issue. If the battery does not fully charge, "Conversation mode" may be enabled, which can prevent the device from receiving a full charge. In that case, we would suggest the following: Select and open the "Lenovo Vantage" application, click "Device Settings" in the top left, then select "Power," scroll down to "Conversation mode," and verify that it is not turned on. If it is on, please turn it off so the device can fully charge.
Secondly, pages disappearing while typing may be caused by accidentally brushing your palm against the touchpad, a common issue that can cause pages to disappear or entire texts to be erased. To prevent this, we suggest temporarily disabling the touchpad. To do so, we ask you to: Open Settings (Windows Key + I), then navigate to "Bluetooth & devices," click on "Touchpad," and toggle the switch to Off.

Black Friday steal - wish I'd waited :(
