  • Beware of motherboard issues

    Purchased during black Friday sale, used a handful of time then the screen wouldn't produce a picture. Took to Best Buy Geek Squad. Laptop was sent to manufacturer for repair. The motherboard was replace after 3.weeks. Picked it up, got it home, could not set the laptop up because the drivers were not reinstalled by Lenovo. GREAT experience and customer service by Cain, Geek Squad, in store!!!

    We came in for a sale price on a laptop but were charged full price. Luckily I noticed before leaving the store. We had to go to a different computer to return it and rebuy it. We didn't get our refund for 2 weeks.
