Overall, I am pretty pleased. For the price I paid, the processing speed and touch screen have been a nice upgrade from my old system.

As this laptop doesn't have a dedicated graphics unit, it will not blow you away running games or doing AI workload (though it is capable of doing both!). It does awesome what it proposes to do - browse internet, work with email, office documents, etc. And with 16 Gb of RAM, you'll have a good overhead to tackle those in a few years to come

I got this to upgrade my i3 10th generation 32 GB RAM desktop. I wasn't looking for anything fancy because I don't game and I only need it for school (Machine Learning and AI), but I knew I wanted a machine that would last me a few years with a decent performance. As soon as I got it I installed the Anaconda package and it completed in 2 minutes, and that's when I knew this was the one for me. For work I have an i9 10th generation 32 GB RAM which still works perfectly, and this one performs even better. I can see it running smoothly for a few year's. In addition, I spent some time doing some research, and at $400 (Nov2025 pre-black Friday), this one was by far the better deal against any other laptops under $700. Only downside: no backlit keyboard. I can live without it. Highly recommend.

A great laptop. Planty of memory and storeage. It's also vey fast and touch screen. I would suggest to eveyone looking a mid laptop. I don't like those lower tier laptops as you really need tp updgrade memory and storeage if can.

I’m so happy with my purchase of two of these laptops!! They are even more than we needed, but with such a great price I couldn’t resist. They are not heavy, and have wonderful screen quality.

I purchased this laptop to upgrade my existing computer and the performance is highly better. I was looking for speed, graphics performance, and reliability and this computer helped me to achieve a great result while designing ad flyers and web pages. Definitely a 5 star review

As far as my in-store service at the store in Dover Delaware, the associate Sal, was very good. I spent a good half hour 45 minutes talking to him about various laptops and what I wanted to do and what I would need to do it well. I can't say enough good things about him. Additionally, I had accrued quite a few points, and was able to redeem them all in the purchase of this laptop which was a real good Plus. The staff also showed me how I could earn more points for future purchases, without spending more money. As far as the laptop itself, this is quite a upgrade from the small 3-year-old Chromebook I had been using. Touch screen is quite nice, the laptop starts quickly, and the process of moving everything from both my PC and my Chromebook was straightforward and relatively easy. I pretty much use this in it home office type setting, word processing, some Excel work, and I'm going to start using it for photo editing. Nothing too serious. All in all the experience was a 10, and so far the laptop is a 10 also.

A great laptop at an affordable price. Purchased as a Christmas gift and its sleek, lightweight and runs nicely. It is perfect for on the go.

This laptop is so easy to use compared to my old HP. The speed in loading files and apps is like lighting. It linked to my printer with no hassles. I'm so glad the sales associate recommended this versus my original plan to buy a Chrome Book.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. Speed is great, screen is sharp and clear. It is easy to use. I am retired and like playing an occasional game on it. I have also made birthday cards with it. I did a lot of research before purchasing this laptop and it is exactly what i wanted and needed.

I havent had this laptop for very long. But I have to say its pretty sharp. Its not to heavy and charges up quickly. A lot faster than others I've used. Its done everywhere I need so far. The work speed is very good. Overall I think its a great little machine. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality affordable laptop.
