Ease of use, fast, light for partability, and reliable.

This is the first laptop I've ever purchased. And the first computer I've purchased in over a decade. It seems like a decent computer for what I paid. ($400) It runs age of empires just fine. I can watch videos, edit images and make graphic art. It has a touch screen also. Only knock I give this is that my Google Pixel 10 pro has better speaker sound than this laptop. Audio is totally crap. Also the build quality is kinda cheap feeling to me. The plastic flexes pretty easily. But it's light weight and I'd rather plastic bend than break. Overall I'll keep it at 5stars because I know I wasn't buying top of the line. It fits my needs just fine.

I absolutely love this PC so far! It’s very fast, easy to use, and has made multitasking for my business so much easier. Nice product. Fast. Keyboard slightly off center. Taking some getting used to vs my old HP laptop. Bought 2, 1 in use so far. Configuring the other. Needed Win 11 as Win 10 now out of support. Different look and feel to Win 11, also some getting used to. Touch screen is a nice option.

It's perfect for my needs -- which aren't much! Writing, dealing with my website, some graphic design stuff (lowkey regular consumer type stuff, not professional!). The laptop is compact, but doesn't feel cramped, reliable, functional -- all the stuff.

This item was priced well by Best Buy. It allows for basic uses for a laptop with good speed. The laptop is easy to use. My favorite part is the Geek Squad availability. Best Buy is my go to store for electronics and the Geek Squad is part of that decision.
