Good computer for family use

Handles routine software and some gaming without any issues. Primarily used by my wife, so can't speak to how it would handle intense gaming. But normal internet searches are very fast and without issue.

It has McAffee for a month, so please avoid purchasing the product. It is has basic protection, then they attempt to sell you upgrades contstantly.

To start with system performance, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
With McAfee and any other preinstalled software that you deem unnecessary, you can remove these applications.
