Great laptop

Writing, dealing with my website, some graphic design stuff (lowkey regular consumer type stuff, not professional!). The laptop is compact, but doesn't feel cramped, reliable, functional -- all the stuff.

Nice Reasonably Priced Laptop

It allows for basic uses for a laptop with good speed. The laptop is easy to use. My favorite part is the Geek Squad availability. Best Buy is my go to store for electronics and the Geek Squad is part of that decision.

Does what you need for a basic personal laptop

Speakers are not amazing and the keyboard doesn't have a backlight but it does pretty much everything I need with a screen big enough for my bad eyes. Battery life could be better but for my needs it's fine

VERY happy with this laptop

This is one of the first 'more expensive' computers I have bought, and it works absolutely perfect for what I use it for. I am an artist, and an author along with my partner, so it handles large files and the paint programs really well, allowing me to use the timelapse feature in my program as well with no lag. Also Sims 4 runs pretty great and teams and everything. It doesn't have an Ethernet port, but I bought an adapter and it works great too. Definitely worth the price and the service to fix the fan was super smooth and painless and covered by Lenovo.
