My first experience with Lenovo product. So far very happy with my purchase. Easy to set up and no problems.

I bought this for my son for his college courses. He has told me it connects well with school WiFi, keeps up with presentations and works well for writing his assignments.

Bought this to get to Windows 11. It was a quick setup and works like a charm. I'm very pleased.

Super ,we have installed linux touchscreen instead of original OS, as we have a couple of windows os for home use already. Its working great!

THis is a beast of a laptop for the price. The AMD processor and integrated graphics paired with 16gb of RAM is able to handle most things the average consumer will thorw at it. I've used it for streaming nad even some gaming. Flawless.

Been great so far. Does what I need it to do for work and some 3d printing.

My daughter got this for college and it has been amazing!

So far I am loving this laptop, it is easy to use and the perfect size for all I need to complete both with my business and personal. The battery lasts a good amount of time and the monitor is clear and bright.

Works perfectly for my son’s school requirements for online learning. He likes having the touchscreen option. Looking at purchasing another one for myself. Battery life is good, easy to charge and reliable.

it has it's drawbacks like soldered ram that really keep it from being 5 star. Good deal for the price certainly but without upgradable ram - only buy if you don't wish to upgrade. Pity as it takes up to 128 gigs by processor and chipset

The product in itself was excellent but it wasnt what i was looking for. I had ordered it with the guide of one of the best buy agents online. I simply told what i was looking for and they helped me with some options. I ordered it at night and got it the next day. Unfortunately it was too big for what i wanted. I wanted soemthing to carry around in my bag but that was big so i returned it the folllwing day. It was pretty smooth process and i got my refund within the folllwing days

The touch screen ability is great, I am using with a mouse, only by preference. It was super easy to get started!

I came in with my dad to get a computer for my college courses in EMS and nursing school to get into becoming a critical care-helicopter paramedic/flight nurse in the future. As a double majoring college student, I needed something of my own so I could do my assignments as sharing a computer just wasn’t working out. Neither of us know much about computers personally but we found an associate and she was very informative and extremely helpful. I am unable to remember her name as I am terrible with names but her service was excellent. I love my laptop and I use it all the time for paramedic school and also nursing school.
