Great value laptop for the money.

Yes, it is understood that many of the parts are plastic; however, this makes a perfect Christmas gift for a younger person such as my granddaughter. Performance speed and layout do not suffer in this model.

Excellent Purchase

The graphics are nice and the speed is great as well! I also love that it comes with its own built-in camera cover as I had purchased the sticky ones in the past for my other laptops

Sometimes the computer becomes unresponsive and then it just starts again. You can just click click click and finally it will respond. This happens far to frequently. It is not my internet. The touch screen is just okay (I personally do not like the feel of the screen, it feels rough); it may or may not respond but it is more more responsive than the clicker. I thought it would be faster with the Ryzen 7, not so much. It is okay not the best and not the worse. I have owned several Lenovo laptops and the best thing about them all is the battery life.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Design is sleek and industrial. I mainly use it for research, Microsoft Word, and Youtube. Sound is great! It is a bit slower than what I am used to, but it is not a dealbreaker. As with Lenovo, expect many updates; however they can be expected.
