So far, I love the laptop. Easy to use and fast and efficient.

This is an excellent laptop with top of the line specs that makes it an incredible machine. With 16gb memory, 1tb hard drive and a touch screen, this laptop is capable of doing any computer related function. The only flaw i can find is that the memory is soldered onto the motherboard making any upgrade not possible. For the price, it is a real bargain.

Purchased this laptop for my husband after his previous laptop stopped working. We decided on this laptop for the brand name, screen size and power on-off button on the top right corner versus a side off-on power button. We had one small issue with this laptop in that there was power to the laptop but it didnt display anything on the screen. We were able to fix the issue by unplugging the power and monitor ans holding down the power button for 30 seconds.

Sleek design, lightweight, and easy to use. A great laptop that checks all the boxes and still is budget friendly.

So far this little machine has been great. I bought it for my M-I-L who likes to search and research on the internet. She has really liked the touchscreen and the larger keyboard this has to offer over her other older machine. Its a snappy little PC for what we need to do and serves her well.

Great laptop at a great price. Christmas present for one of my daughters. She loves the touchscreen feature and the AMD Ryzan 7 screams in speed.

This is a great purchase for at teenager. My child uses it for schoolwork and it has a great processor for games.

While it's a great laptop and does what I need it to do, I find one thing lacking somewhat... and that is the speakers and their 'wimpy' volume. I am 76 years old and I have hearing issues. Even with my hearing aids on and the volume on them all the way up, I still have to wear my headphones in order to clearly hear the audio on this laptop, and yes, that is with the audio settings in the computer's "Device Controls" set at their maximum. My previous laptop was a TOSHIBA Satellite P55t-A5116 with Harmon Kardon speakers in it. That computer had excellent audio in full stereo! The old saying holds true... "you get what you pay for". I will keep this laptop, as it is excellent for my needs with the exception of its audio issue.
