New Lenovo laptop

Has everything I wanted based on how I use a laptop. It's a lot faster than my old HP. The battery, I learned, is not replaceable, that's too bad. The mouse pad is not very responsive and does crazy stuff without warning, rhyme, or reason. I bought a USB wired mouse which is much more responsive and works well.

Great bang for your buck!

The color is pretty and the keys have just the right amount of rise and weight to them. The system runs quickly, although I have very little on the laptop to bog it down yet. The only con for me so far is that it will not play certain videos, such as the videos from my trail cams. There are multiple different brands and types, so I can't imagine it's an issue with the cameras. But it may be the sd cards or a formatting issue. Either way, I am thusfar satisfied with my purchase.

The laptop works as designed. The video card is not the greatest it you get what you pay for. For a student or an employee on the go this is a no brainer. I would recommend this laptop hands down over some more expensive models m.

Great computer for home use

But now it looks like I changed my mind. It’s fast, reliable and doing the job that I need. Make sure that you get 16GB of RAM.

For years I've just been using my ipad for everything and this model being a touch screen has definitely helped with that transition. I'm not a gamer but an artist and I've been using it for website building, cleaning up images and applying for submissions and jobs. It's perfect, fast and super easy. I love it! 10/10 recommend.

The battery life is not the best, but it dose charge fast so the batter life problem not as bad as it seems.

Regarding your issue with battery life – there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
