Had a laptop from them 11 years and would recommend buying all your electronics from them. Ive not beem disappointed buying from Best Buy.

Not bad, not great. Basic laptop.

But has a touchscreen and enough RAM not to slow you down too much. Biggest gripe is the power cable, which is not USB c. Very old tech for a newer laptop. Annoying to have to keep up with a particular power cable. But bought it for a kid to use with online classes and it serves the purpose. Would not buy it for myself.
