We decided on this laptop for the brand name, screen size and power on-off button on the top right corner versus a side off-on power button. We had one small issue with this laptop in that there was power to the laptop but it didnt display anything on the screen. We were able to fix the issue by unplugging the power and monitor ans holding down the power button for 30 seconds.

Computer Great...just as my old 13 year old Lenovo was; however, apparently the power cord is the problem! After an hour on the computer, with the power cord in place, my hands were red and blotched like radiation burns! This must be the 5-G frequency--which Harvard, 10 years ago proved destroyed human tissue! Why is this being allowed?!!! US Military? At any rate, have sent off to EARTH CALM - QUANTUM CELL-- for hardware to counteract these 5-G frequencies Otherwise, couldn't use and would/will have to return.
