    I bought this laptop to usd primarily for business use. So far, I've used it for light work on the internet. It starts up fast, has a responsive keyboard, and I love the number pad! It runs multiple pages and open tabs, and goes between tasks quick and seemlessly. For my uses, it's speedy and sufficient! The only reason I'm taking a star off is becuse the display is lackluster. The screen and colors appear dull and not sharp. I can always hook it up to my external monitor if it really bothers me. The laptop is light, starts up fast, and works on tasks quickly.

    Everything I could ask for in a PC, only critique would be the camera quality, but could easily just use a webcam. Very smooth operating so far!

    Haven't had a long but I am very happy with my Idea Pad Slim. it has all the Software I need to successfully conduct and complete all my projects. It has an ample amount of GB SSD and Memory Storage for myself. I was very excited to have a Co-pilot on board. Helps with not having to do everything alone, like a lil buddy.

    When I arrived at Best Buy I went to the wrong department but the salesman directed me to the correct department then because all of the other salesmen were busy he left his department and came and helped me and even gave me a recommendation for a laptop that is excellent customer service
